For starters, I am generally not a fan of most real estate agents. Katie is the exception. I have worked with Katie on multiple real estate transactions involving myself, friends, family, and all sides of closing transactions. She never disappoints. She is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. She knows what to do to get deals done without feeling pushy or difficult. Even when faced with obstacles that happen in real estate, she always keeps a level head and goes above and beyond. I wouldn't think twice about hiring Katie as a buyer or a seller. She got my deal done quickly and kept everything on track for a seamless closing. She even went out of her way to help me handle some last-minute stuff at the property prior to closing. Katie Rawnsley is amazing. She is so professional and works so hard for her clients. She tolerated my many, many emails in regard to properties, etc. We were coming in from out of town and depended on these emails and my many searches for properties to communicate with Katie. She also answered them completely and honestly in a very short time span and gave me her opinion on every question we had. Since we were on a limited time crunch, she set up appointments for showings immediately upon our arrival in town. When we did find a house we were interested in, she worked diligently with the other agent and helped us secure this house.
