For starters, I am generally not a fan of most real estate agents. Katie is the exception. I have worked with Katie on multiple real estate transactions involving myself, friends, family, and all sides of closing transactions. She never disappoints. She is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. She knows what to do to get deals done without feeling pushy or difficult.
