McKinley hosted an open house during the threat of a tropical storm! She also had several appointments come through over the course of 2 days. We received 10 offers all at ask or higher. McKinley is extremely knowledgeable about the area and home pricing. We felt comfortable taking her suggestions and advice. She allowed us to make final decisions on everything and always ensured we were comfortable with what was happening. She is very responsive I don’t think I ever waited more than 15 minutes for a text or call back from her. She was able to meet the buyers during the inspection and the appraiser as well and brought him comps in the area. She is warm, friendly, classy, professional, and eloquent. Communicating with her is like talking to an old friend. She genuinely cares about the person- not just the sale. I would recommend her to anyone. She’s amazing and we are so happy and pleased.
